Our team
Giles Welch, CEO
Giles Welch founded Limehouse Group in 1998 as a full-service media agency, providing design and editorial management for clients. Whilst building his media company, Welch recognised a gap in the market for a software solution to streamline document creation, publishing and stakeholder engagement. As a result, he initiated and managed the launch of Limehouse Software, an additional division of Limehouse Group. Welch sold the design and media divisions of Limehouse Group in November 2006 while retaining control of the software function and bringing in additional investment to support its growth. Welch has since overseen the expansion of Limehouse Software into the USA, with the addition of three offices across the country. Welch’s future plans for Limehouse Software are to continue to increase market share within local and central governments, expand its reach into the private sector, build its new media side and continue its growth in the United States.
Colin Mackenzie, CIO
Colin Mackenzie joined Limehouse Software in December 2005. Prior to joining Limehouse Software, Mackenzie spent four years managing his own consultancy company Electronic Media Consultants Ltd (EMCL), where he was commissioned to conduct data analysis, system design, consultancy and development tasks.
