Chapter 6 Client Management

This section is only applicable to those individuals registered with Agent Accounts.
If you wish to manage your clients, select the "Manage Clients" link button at the top of the page.
The Manage Client window allows you to:
- Add new clients
- View any representations made on their behalf
- Update their personal details.

To add new Clients
- Click on the "Create a new client account" link.
- Enter the required information and select "Create".
To view representations already made on behalf of your clients / consultees:
- Click on the "Manage Clients" button to load a list of the clients associated with you.
- Click on the link "List Representations" to the right of the clients name.
To update personal details:
- Click on the "Manage Clients" button to load a list of the clients associated to you.
- Select the number under the "ID" column on the left-hand side of the consultee.
- Personal details associated with this individual will now be displayed on the screen
- Amend details accordingly and select the "Save Changes" button.
