Agent Representations
- First find the item that you wish to make a representation against.
- Click on the "Add Representation" button.
- If you are not already logged in the system will prompt you to do so.
- Your list of consultees will appear in the "Consultee" drop-down list see Figure 9 ‘Picture of 'Add a Representation' Screen’ for more information.
- Select the relevant clients from the drop-down list and complete the representation as necessary. See ‘Consultee Representations’ for more information.

Email notification
An email will be generated confirming that a representation has been made. Please see System Message 9 ‘Representation Submitted’ for a sample email.
