A first for Scotland and Limehouse
On August 3rd 2006 South Lanarkshire Council became the first in Scotland to consult online, using Limehouse Software to place its Development Strategy and Development Policies, Guidance and Appendices up for stakeholder consultation.
After helping hundreds of local authorities in England, South Lanarkshire is the first Scottish authority to work with Limehouse Software.
The Council’s planning department will now consult on a series of planning documents, in line with Local Development Plan requirements, and use Limehouse Software products on a further six projects.
“We are delighted to be working with a major local authority like South Lanarkshire,” said Ed Hopper, Sales Director at Limehouse Software. “We are confident in providing a system that will help improve the efficiency of their document creation and consultation processes.”
