Bedfordshire to produce ROWIP with Limehouse Publisher

A statutory reporting requirement of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act, the plan will highlight proposed improvements to outdoor access and rights of way within the County. This is a key document in the publishing calendar of the Council’s Culture and Heritage Division, who already use Limehouse Publisher to produce their Local Transport Plan (LTP).

Using the Limehouse solution, the Council will be able to approach the ROWIP project in a co-ordinated manner, saving time and money, whilst engaging fully with stakeholders at key milestones throughout the process.

Limehouse Software currently works with over  80 authorities, including Bedfordshire, helping them manage the collaboration, publishing and online consultation phases of their key corporate documents. The extension of Limehouse Publisher’s scope to include ROWIPs is a natural progression and expands the company's:
  • Best Value Performance Plans
  • Local Transport Plans
  • Annual Progress Reports
  • Rights of  Way Improvement Plans
  • Service Plans
  • Local Development Frameworks
  • Community Strategy Plans

Limehouse Publisher enables the production of complex documents whilst effecting major efficiencies and cost savings.  Limehouse Consultation allows on-line consultation with stakeholders and public consultees helping authorities move towards fulfilling their obligations under the e-government agenda.
