Limehouse Software sponsors e-Planning conference

Limehouse Software, whose Publisher and Consultation products are used widely throughout the UK public sector for the production of statutory documents, were sponsors of the e-Planning for Local Government Conference held in Manchester on 1st November.

The conference agenda addressed the topic of e-Planning, with speeches from 9 key figures within the local government arena. Discussion centred around the Government's vision for e-planning and included case studies from a number of authorities.

Keynote speaker Aileen Carlisle, of the London Borough of Hillingdon, gave a presentation which highlighted the contribution that Limehouse Publisher made to the Borough's LDF publication process. She stated that  "within two weeks of implementing Limehouse Publisher, the London Borough of Hillingdon was able to publish in excess of 1000 pages of LDF documentation in hard copy format, on the internet and for on-line consultation".

Limehouse Publisher and Limehouse Consultation work together to web-enable the entire document collaboration, publishing and consultation process and are being used for a wide number of documents including LDFs, BVPPs and ROWIPs.
