Effective Community Involvement

The topical RTPI Effective Community Involvement Conference held in London on 30th March 2007 was aimed at officers involved in the planning system, planning advisory services, planning aid and neighbourhood renewal as well as representatives from the community and environmental groups.

The event, sponsored by Limehouse Software, provided context and information on planning reform, addressing both strategic issues and the practicalities of doing effective community involvement as well as providing useful and innovative approaches to both plan making, development management and working with Local Strategic Partnerships.
