Half of London Boroughs Now Using Limehouse Software
Limehouse Software is delighted to announce that the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Greenwich Council have recently selected the ucreate and uengage solution from Limehouse Software.
Limehouse Software is a leading supplier of document collaboration, creation, publishing and consultation solutions for local, regional and central government bodies across the UK. Its proprietary applications, ucreate and uengage, are enabling organisations to reduce the costs involved in producing complex, branded documents by up to 40%.
Head of Policy and Design at Richmond upon Thames Council, Philip Wealthy, said: “We turned to Limehouse to streamline the process of creating, publishing and consulting on the Local Development Framework (LDF). Using Limehouse Software’s ucreate and uengage we now have a single system to collaborate and create our policy documents, publish them in our own brand to multiple formats, and make them available to all stakeholders in print, and on our own website with minimal effort. uengage will enable us to seamlessly put our LDF out to public consultation via a consultation portal, automatically store all data and comments from consultations and provide pre-defined reports. We anticipate real cost savings through the use of a single system that automates and simplifies so many of the key parts of the LDF process.”
Giles Welch, CEO of Limehouse software: “This latest announcement demonstrates once again that Limehouse is a major player in public sector IT. The growing number of organisations in both local and central government that are choosing to use our software suite is a strong indicator of the need for a single effective collaboration, document creation, publishing and consultation solution at all levels and that our offering meets this need perfectly.”
