Limehouse Software hits the mark for Selby
Selby District Council is to employ Limehouse Software’s uengage to consult on their Local Development Framework . They will be using it to gather responses on their Core Strategy and their Selby Area Action Plan.
Having previously used a manual process to collate information from online forms and surveys, Selby District Council were looking for a more robust system, able to generate more responses and which would be significantly easier to manage. They were looking for easy methods of summarising comments made, of creating final reports, and a system that would be simple to use for both consultees and users. They wanted consultees to be able to easily view other people’s comments and responses and to also be able to search through comments for particular individual’s responses. Also important was a unified database of all online and offline comments received.
Limehouse Software offered all the functionality they required and Selby were impressed by the usability and flexibility of our solution. They were further reassured by Limehouse Software’s reputation with already over 200 customers in the planning sector.
Ed Hopper, Sales Director said: “uengage is a complete consultation solution, offering a co-ordinated and strategic approach to public consultation. We are pleased that Selby District Council found all the features they require in our solution and are looking forward to working with them on their LDF”.
