Limehouse Software wins four year framework agreement with the COI
Limehouse Software, the UK leader in Stakeholder Engagement Systems, has signed a four year agreement with the Central Office of Information (COI).
The deal is part of the new External Engagement and Facilitation Framework, which is worth approximately £5million per year, and will allow Limehouse to compete for public sector work without the need for protracted procurement processes.
The appraisal process took six months to complete and involved the evaluation of 130 companies. Sean Larkins, COI Deputy Director of Strategic Consultancy, confirmed that they selected Limehouse for its proven consultation and stakeholder management capabilities.
“In recent times we have witnessed a significant increase in demand for digital consultation and communication with the general public, employees and other key stakeholders on standard policy issues. To achieve this, we needed innovative technology partners that could provide the digital infrastructure to underpin the collaborative and social networking aspects of all interactions moving forwards,” stated Sean.
Limehouse Software, develops solutions that unite three key functions - collaboration, policy creation and consultation. The company has helped over 200 public sector bodies within the UK in their drive towards adopting e-government initiatives, by unifying information and communications.
Giles Welch, CEO at Limehouse Software, believes the company can now offer COI advanced solutions faster without the hassle of an arduous selection process for individual projects.
“We are delighted to have been selected as one of the digital infrastructure partners within the COI four year framework agreement. This accomplishment recognises our experience and ability of delivering unified solutions to the public sector. Our success is built on our ability to enable effective stakeholder engagement and encourage greater communication between employees, citizens and public sector bodies.” says Giles.
“We are looking forward to developing a long term relationship with the COI, providing them with a range of effective digital infrastructure and e-consultation solutions for their clients.” added Giles.
