Local Development Frameworks: Engaging Stakeholders & Citizens
Limehouse Software sponsored the Public Sector Forums Conference “Local Development Frameworks: Engaging Stakeholders & Citizens” held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground on 8th March 2007 which provided an opportunity to demonstrate to delegates how to make consultation easy.
The event was targeted at individuals responsible for delivery of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and provided details on industry best practices and standards relating to the LDF. It also provided an opportunity to see and hear about technologies available to meet the document production, publishing and consultation requirements of the LDF – enabling local authorities to deliver a better service to the public, meet e-planning requirements and obtain a share of the Planning Development Grant.
Many organisations today are still collaborating and consulting in an ad hoc manner utilising traditional methods which require a significant amount of manual intervention and limited, quick fix or no integration with back office systems.
Limehouse Software solutions automate the entire document management lifecycle from creation, collaboration and review, publishing to Web, PDF and CD Rom and running online consultation exercises and questionnaires - all in one system!
The responses and contact details of consultees are automatically stored in a supporting (SQL) database. This gives you a single view of your respondents, and enables you to quickly and easily create and analyse in depth reports on any type of data relating to your documents, consultation exercises and questionnaires.
Contact marketing@limehousesoftware.co.uk to book you place on one of our regular webinars and see why over 100 planning authorities have chosen Limehouse Software to meet the Local Development Framework requirements.
